Who we are

Croco Motors is the flagship subsidiary of Croco Holdings which owns the company 100%. Croco Motors operates Ford and other franchises. Croco Motors’ key product segments are new vehicles, vehicle service and the sale of spare parts & accessories. Other value-added services offered include tyre fitment, wheel alignment & wheel balancing and rhino lining. Key divisions are Croco Ford & Mazda, Croco Nissan, Croco Toyota, Croco Commercial, Renault Zimbabwe, Kia Zimbabwe, Auto Body Centre and Pitstop.

Croco Motors has operations in Harare, Bulawayo, Masvingo, Chiredzi, Selous, Mutare and Victoria Falls. The company’s workshops are equipped with modern, state of the art equipment manned by highly qualified technicians who benefit from the training provided by the various franchises locally, regionally and overseas.

Croco Ford

Croco Motors Ford has grown to become one of the biggest business units in Croco Motors and holds the Ford franchise. The Ford brand is an eco-friendly brand of hybrids and yet boasts of powerful engines and trucks such as the Ford Ranger, therefore making it a great honour for Croco Ford to grace Zimbabwe with this modernised brand of vehicles. Croco Motors Ford sells and services Ford vehicles at the Graniteside showroom and in all the other branches countrywide.

Croco Ford offers a professional after-sales service for all Ford brands including vehicle service, repairs and the availability of genuine Ford spare parts and accessories. The workshops are equipped with the latest state of the art Ford diagnostic equipment and are manned by highly trained and qualified Ford technicians. The iconic Ford Ranger">Ford Ranger Wild Trak and new Ford Everest can be found in our showroom. Other Ford brands retailed are the Transit. The Ford Protect warranty offers a 4 years/120,000 km warranty whichever comes first.

Social responsibility

Croco Motors generously assists various charity organisations across the country, including Mutemwa Leprosy Centre and Mother of Peace Community in Mutoko, Chinyaradzo Children’s Home and Jairos Jiri with basics such as food and clothing. Employees spend time at charities demonstrating that giving is also about spending quality time.

The company has also extensively assisted underprivileged organisations and members of society nationwide including donations to Mayors’ Christmas Cheer Funds for various cities and towns. Our hands-on approach to volunteer work ensures caring programs continue to brighten the lives of thousands of underprivileged across Zimbabwe.
